If you are from India you will surely know this YOGIC Posture!!! You would have at some point in your life done it as a punishment at school or at home or even as a form of worship to Lord Ganesha the god of wisdom. It has been recently proven that this procedure is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain.
This is how you perform Superbrain YOGA. Hold your right ear with your left hand and left ear with the right and perform sit ups while gently squeezing your ears. By practicing this procedure for 10-15 minutes every day one can energize brain cells and become smarter.
The explanation to this is given on http://www.superbrainyoga.org:
When the right ear lobe is gently squeezed with the left thumb and left index finger with the thumb outside, it produces the necessary energy connection. This connection causes the left brain and pituitary gland to become energized and activated.
Similarly, when the left ear lobe is gently squeezed with the right thumb and right index finger with the thumb outside, it produces the necessary energy connection, which causes the right brain and pineal gland to become energized and activated.
For energizing and activating the Left Brain and the Right Brain, the left arm must be inside, while the right arm must be outside. The correct arm position is important for energizing and activating the brain.Look Up At The Sky Day

Swallow the air instead as you begin to slowly exhale, visualizing this pure energy infiltrating and spreading throughout your body. Then exhale and repeat two more times from the beginning.
Ivanov preached that this practice not only cleansed and strengthened the aura but could help to prevent overeating as well. In fact, he often advocated doing this short exercise prior to eating any meal.

Since many people are alone when they experience a cardiac arrest, it is important everyone knows these procedures on how to deal with a heart attack. If your heart is beating improperly and you begin to feel faint, remember you have only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. Here are some tips to help yourself:
You can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. This allows the heart attack victim to get to a hospital.
Tell as many people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!Detecting a Heart Attack!
Not every heart attack symptom is going to be pain down the left arm, sometimes it could manifest in the form of intense pain in the jaw line, nausea and intense sweating. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.Stuck on the Road? Don't panic assistance is around the corner
Drivers in Texas have a distinct advantage over other states. The state DMV not only provides emergency roadside assistance, but also sends out a state trooper to ensure that everything is fine with stranded motorists.
How does one access emergency roadside assistance?
Your Texas driver's license has a phone number on the back, just above the bar code on the lower left side: 1-800-525-5555. The number is in fine print, so not many would have noticed. This number can be called for emergency assistance on the highway or wherever you might have trouble while in your car.
A service truck will be sent to you. This service is state operated, and paid for with your tax dollars. If you are ever stranded, just call the number on your driver's license...help is on the way. A state trooper will be sent to make sure all is well.
