Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
Chilly Powder 2 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Hing 1 Pinch
Mustard Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
Yogurt 1 Cup
Potato 5 Numbers
Oil (mustard & Regular) 2 Tablespoons
1. First boil the potatoes and sauté in oil. Heat half & half of regular & mustard oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, hing, salt, and add chilly powder curd at a time.
2. Then add potatoes (boiled and saute in oil) add coriander leaves, give a boil & switch off the flame. Serve this hot with rice, chapattis.
