Oil 2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Red chillies 3-4 Numbers
Onions 1 Numbers
Salt 1 0
Green chilies 2-3 Numbers
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Moong dal(soaked) 1 Cup
Lobia(soaked) 1 Cup
Chana dal(soaked) 1 Cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
1. Take oil in a hot pressure cooker.
2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, onions, salt, green chilies, turmeric, red chilly powder and saute it.
3. Now add soaked moong dal, lobia, chana dal, water and mix it.
4. Let it cook for 5-6 whistles on slow flame. 5. After 5-6 whistles check the salt and mash it with masher. 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or phulka.
