Oil 2 Teaspoons
Garlic cloves 10-15 Clove
Green chillies 3-4 Numbers
Sorrel leaves 5 Bunch

Onions 1 Numbers
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Tomatoes 2 Numbers
Coconut paste 1 Tablespoons
Soya chunks 1 Cup
Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander leaves 1/2 Bunch
1. Take some oil in a hot pan and add garlic cloves, green chillies, sorrel leaves,little salt and mix it once. Then let it cook for few minutes with some water in it.
2. When it thickens just switch off the flame.
3. In another pan add some oil, onions, salt and saute it.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, red chilly powder, tomatoes, little water.
5. Let it cook for few minutes and add coconut paste, little more water and let it cook for few more minutes.
6. Now add soya chunks without any moisture and mix it thoroughly.
7. Add little water and the mixture of sorrel leaves.
8. Now add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
