Fried Makhana Quick Home Snack

Ingredients

Ghee 2 Teaspoons
Cashewnuts 1/4 Cup
Makhana 1 Cup
Curry leaves powder 1 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt

Directions

Take ghee in a hot pan and when it melts add cashew nuts and makhana. 2. Stir it continuously till it gets golden color. 3. Add dry curry leaves powder, red chilly powder and salt. 4. Mix it thoroughly and transfer in a plate.
