Dal Roti

Main Ingredient: Dals(indian Lentils), wheat floor(ata)
Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients

Toor dal, Chana dal, Moong Dal - each 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 small tsp
Jeers powder- 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Wheat floor - 2 1/2 cups
Salt - according to taste
Coriander - 1 tsp (optional)

Directions

Cook all the dals with desired quantity of water in cooker with 3 to 4 vigils. Let It cool and grind that with water to make a liquid form. Take the mentioned amount of wheat floor in a bowl. Add salt, cumin seeds, cumin powder, red chilly powder, coriander(cilantro) to this and mix the liquid consistency of dal mix to make like chapathi dough. Set this aside for 1 hour. Divide the dough into round balls and flatten them with chapathi stick or in chapathi maker. Roast them on tawa both sides with few drops of oil or ghee like chapathis. Boondi raitha is the best combination to this.
