Sesame seed paste 1 Tablespoons
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
Lime juice 1 Teaspoons
Salt
Oil 1/2 Teaspoons
Eggplant (big)2 Numbers
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Parsley chopped 1 Tablespoons
Sumack Pinch
Take big size of eggplant and apply little oil and cook this on a stove top and let it cool down and peel the skin and cut them into pieces put this intothe blender
and add salt, squzee lime juice, vinegar, sesame seed paste, olive oil, make a paste, transfer into a bowl and add chopped parsley, sprinkle sumack powder and pour olive oil on top.
Serve this with bread, pulka.
