KURKUREY ROTI CHAT

Ingredients

Chapati(stale)2 Numbers
Onions 1/2 Cup
Green chillies 1 Teaspoons
Tomato(chopped)1 Tablespoons
Salt
Lime juice 1 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1/4 Teaspoons
Coriander leaves(chopped)1 Teaspoons
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Roasted groundnut 1/4 Cup
Chat masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Green chutney 1 Teaspoons
Sweet chutney 1 Teaspoons
Oil To Fry

Directions

1. Cut roti’s into thin julians and deep fry in oil to golden brown in colour, later transfer into paper towel.
2. To it add cumin powder, red chilly powder, salt, chat masala and mix it. 3. Take a small bowl and add onions, green chillies, tomato, salt, lime juice, garam masala, coriander leaves and mix nicely, later transfer into serving plate.
4. Top it off with roasted groundnut, green chutney, sweet chutney.
5. On top of it spread fried roti julians, garnish with sev, coriander leaves.
6. Now kurkurey roti chat is ready to serve.
