Rice flour 1 Cup
Roasted chana dal powder 1/2 Cup
Moong dal(soaked for 30 mins)2 Tablespoons
Sesame seeds(soaked)1 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Butter 1 Teaspoons
Oil To Fry
Salt
1. Take a bowl and add rice flour, roasted chana dal powder, moong dal, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, butter and mix it.
2. Add water and mix it to make dough. 3. Take small dumpling and using hand make round balls and press it in the centre with thumb finger.
4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry above prepared balls and transfer into paper towel.
5.Now moong dal rice crisps are ready to serve.
