1/2 cup brown rice poha
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1 tablespoon refined oil
1 cup all purpose flour
2 potato
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder
salt as required
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
Firstly wash poha, drain and keep it aside. Now wash potatoes, cut them in half and boil them. Once cooled down, take a bowl and mash the potatoes well.
Now add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder, salt and ginger paste. Now add poha and mix well.
In a bowl, knead maida, crushed carrom seeds, salt and oil. Once done, rolls small chapatis from it. Cut them into half and roll into cones.
Fill these cones with the potato-poha mixture and secure the edges properly.
Now preheat the Air fryer for 180 degree C for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes brush the basket with just a few drops of oil and place the samosas. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. You can also bake them in a microwave or oven.
Once done, serve hot with ketchup, tamarind or mint chutney.
