-Eggs: 6
-Garlic: Big size
-Pepper: 1/2 t.spoon
-Clove (Lavangam): 1/2 t.Spoon
-Cardamom (elaichi): 2
-Mirchi Powder: 3 t.spoon
-Turmeric: 1/2 t.Spoon
-Oil
-Salt: As per taste
-Dry Mirchi: 3
-Jeera: 3 t.Spoon
-Onion: 1 Big size(Chopped)
-Green Chilli: 3(Chopped)
-Curry Leaf: 1/2 Cup
-Coriander leaf: 1/4 Cup
Velluli Karam Mixture
-First take 2 Spoons of Jeera, 1/2 Spoon Pepper balls, 1/2 Spoon Clove(Lavangam), 2 Cardamom(elaichi). Make this to fine powder.
-Add 2 Spoons Mirchi Powder, 1/2 Spoon salt & turmeric then Garlic cloves to above powder and make fine paste. Keep this garlic mixture aside.
- Take a pan add 4 spoons of oil, 1/2 spoon Jeera, Onion and Chopped green chilli followed by curry leaves and dry mirchi.
-Let the onion turn brown . Add 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder, Salt as per the taste and 1/2 spoon mirchi powder. Stir it for a minute.
-Crack the eggs add them to the above mixture and cover the pan with lid. let this get cooked for 5 minutes.
-Make small space in between/side in the pan to set the prepared Garlic mixture & let the mixture get semi fried then start mixing the semi fried garlic with egg for a minute. Turn off the stove. Finally add coriander leaves.
-Serve it with Rice or Chapati
