-Small cob loaf
-Small wheel of brie
-Chopped fresh chives, to serve
-Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Trim the top off the cob and remove enough of the bread to fit the brie inside. Place brie in the cob and replace the bread lid.
-Wrap the cob in foil. Place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
-Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh chives . Serve with hot potato wedges wrapped with crispy bacon. Remove the bread top and cheese rind to dip.
