-2 cucumber
-1 teaspoon paprika
-Black pepper as required
-1 tomato
-1/2 cup paneer
-Salt as required
-1 handful coriander leaves
-Wash and slice the cucumber into thick pieces and using a peeler, remove the seeds.
-Take a bowl and add in crumbled paneer, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves, paprika and chopped tomato, mix it well.
-Stuff the cucumber with this mixture and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes. Enjoy..
